Refund policy

At Play Well Golf Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

• To start a return, contact us at info@playwellgolfco.com with your order number.

• Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

• Sale items and final clearance products are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Exchanges (e.g., different size or colorway) can be requested the same way — email us and we'll sort it out.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
